What this covers A snapshot holds every portal record — tickets, replies, history, licences, knowledge base, downloads and portal accounts — so a deletion or a bad edit can be reversed. It does not replace a full database or server backup, and it does not contain attachment files or passwords. Download a snapshot to keep a copy off this server.

The administrator role is set in WordPress, not here — promoting someone to full site administrator is a WordPress-level decision.
